Kooth is free online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people. You can chat to their friendly counsellors online, read articles written by young people, get support from the Kooth community and write in a daily journal.

Suicide Prevention Strategy
Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 and the biggest killer of men under the age of 50. It is the leading cause of death in the UK for 10-19 year olds.
They are the result of the ultimate loss of hope and the ultimate loss of meaning of purpose. It devastates families and leaves a lasting impact. However, suicide is not inevitable and is preventable.
