Patient Participation Group
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
Whilst we strive to offer the best service possible to our patients, we believe that the only people who can really judge whether we’re doing a good job or not are the people who use our services!
We conduct annual surveys to obtain patient’s views, but to get a better feel of where we could improve, we have established a Patient Participation Group group, so we can meet patients informally for a genuine dialogue on our practice population needs and how they can be best met.
The ‘Patient Participation Group’ (PPG) which will meet periodically to discuss changes, services and also to give us feedback on our performance and views on our plans for the future service developments. We aim to meet at least every three months.
If you wish to joing our group to take part in the constructive discussions and are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
