Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

While we have to meet a whole range of Government set targets, we believe that the only people who can really judge whether we’re doing a good job or not are the people who use our services.

We conduct annual surveys to obtain patient’s views, but to get a better feel of where we could improve we have established a group so we can meet patients informally for a genuine dialogue on your needs and how they can be best met.

To do this, we have set up a ‘patient participation group’ (PPG) which will meet periodically to give us feedback on our performance and views on our plans for the future service developments.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.

Come along and bring family and friends with you, if they are patients with Stuart Road Surgery.

Getting Your View

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.
